A marketing lead awareness project, presented as a starting point to embrace independent adults with hidden differences as citizens. The project is particularly for Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Social Anxiety.
There is a lot of projects and campaigns to improve diversity in different parts of society.
For Hidden differences, it's been a mixture of different emphasis without a strong overall direction. The project aims to focus beyond understanding, support and intervention.
Within recent years there's been a positive growing trend of neurodiversity to empower hidden differences but it's limited to opportunities into employment, education and career aspirations. However because there is an escalating amount of stigma, I felt there is a gap on how what can be possible if we value hidden differences better.
My approach However, because there is a negative stigma towards hidden differences I have decided to use my awareness initiative to start changing the narrative and to fill the gap that should be mentioned but is currently not.
So wanted to change this approach with a new style introductory project with multiple features which provides information and guidance along with the opportunity to interact and to share.
The creative presentation The project is developed with creative marketing elements of vibrant colours, visual images with a combination of abstract and pictorial icons to strengthen the awareness message of the project. The various use of visual shapes is associated with the various information elements of the project. It is encouraged to create maximum impact to encourage showing support.

Because the project audience involves the general public and but those with hidden differences, the challenge of not being too slick, stylish or over sophisticated. So I develop strict guidelines to prevent legibility challenges while retaining bold & vibrant.
The intention is to present this project in a variety of formats from online webpages and social media through digital downloads, video screens, marketing posters, flyers and leaflets.

Interactive Extracts from the online information are presented into a series of captive templates for the awareness initiative social media channels on Instagram Twitter and Facebook.
As part of the new project, an awareness pledge will be developed which enables enhance interactivity encourages the general public to support the pledge and to spread the word to others. In the long term, I will plan to develop the project into to video format which combines the involvement of people showing support to the project and the expressions based on the information elements of the project.

In addition has involved with providing awareness projects, campaigns & information for nearly 20 years with the Awareness brand Plus Value Awareness along with Differences Originals. In addition a participant if community-based Salsa dance classes and an occasional volunteer at a major salsa dancing conventional at Birmingham's NEC.
